Houston Collie Rescue
The houston collie rescue club provides foster kennels for the rescue dogs.
All the dogs that come from HCR are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, and checked for destructive behavior. They are usually microchipped and carry the name and number listed in HCR files. Generally, these dogs make good companions for the while family if they are provided with love and affection.
